How it works
"We have made the process as simple as possible. Brokers will communicate via email phone, Skype and face to face as required - in fact, in whatever way is easiest and most convenient!"
The aim of the process is to match people from firms to organisations and the projects with which they are trying to make progress with. It is important that both groups and firms are clear about what they need and what they have to offer. The more coherent the information, the more likely the success of a match will be, and we want to maximise the potential success of as many of our matches as possible.
There are five simple steps:
STEP 1 Expression of Interest
Submit headline information about your company or community group via the Locality Brokers website
STEP 2 Broker Contact
A broker will be in touch to arrange a time to discuss in much more detail how the programme will work and what you have to offer/require in more detail
STEP 3 Matching
Your broker will explore our register of firms or pipeline of community asset initiatives seeking assistance to help identify an appropriate match
STEP 4 Appointments
Your broker will help community groups scope their requirements then support both parties to agree terms using industry standard service definitions and a template letter of appointment
STEP 5 Sharing the learning
Collaborations will be documented, progress captured and successful outcomes promoted on an ongoing basis
